IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION FOR MANAGERS AND LEAGUE DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
How to Handle Fund Raising Money
All Leagues- when turning money in for raffle tickets and candy please deposit all cash into your personal account and make out one check payable to Sebring-West Branch Hot Stove. turn in on appropriate date and time.
If a player is injured and requires Medical/Dental care:
Manager must call President within 24 hours. Injured player's parent should notify the League's Secondary Insurance Agent.
If you feel the need to sit a player out of a game because of discipline problem:
Manager must call President before the game begins. Manager must write a statement to the Board of Directors within 24 hours and mail to President.

September 21st - Annual League Meeting 6:30 pm, Financial Report, Elections of 2009 Officers, By-Law Additions or Changes, New Fund raising ideas, Field improvements to be completed before winter, State Rule changes.
October 12th - Ohio Hot Stove State Meeting
November 2nd - 6:00 pm Mandatory League meeting. Discuss state rule changes, plan sign-ups, Sebring-West Branch participating in the Ohio Hot Stove Travel League ????
