How to Handle Fund Raising Money
All Leagues- when turning money in for raffle tickets please deposit all cash into your personal account and make out one check payable to Sebring-West Branch Hot Stove and turn in on appropriate date and time.
Manager must call President within 24 hours. Injured player's parent should notify the League's Secondary Insurance Agent; Jack Bird.
If you feel the need to sit a player out of a game because of discipline problem:
Manager must call President before the game begins. Manager must write a statement to the Board of Directors within 24 hours and mail to President.

Important Dates
Tournament Draws:
HH League (all 9 year olds) - June 27th at Butler Rodman at 10:00 am
H League (mixed or all 10 year olds) - June 27th at South Side Park at 7:00 pm
G League - June 27th at Butler Rodman at 11:00 am
Work Day at South Side is scheduled for July 9th with a mandatory meeting for ALL managers at 6:00 pm.
If anyone would like to nominate someone for the Sebring-West Branch Lifetime Achievement award, please mail your nomination to Jerry at Sebring-West Branch Hotstove PO Box 128 Sebring, Ohio 44672. Nominations must be received by July 1st.
